So you are interested in joining us? Great! We are always looking for new people to play games with.
Our requirements are fairly easy. Just be sure to have introduced yourself on the forum first, before moving towards the application, as this is required. Well when you've done that, you should know what your qualities are (or aren't).
An ideal applicant has to have at least 24 hours of playtime on our servers, and have been a bit talkative with staff in-game. If we don't know who you are, why would we vote Yes 
Teamspeak 3 and steam are two must haves. Our administration system is built around steam integration, and we are most active on our teamspeak 3 server. The fastest help can be received through teamspeak 3.
Make sure you behave in a proper manner in-game. We read chat logs every so often. Don't get us wrong, you can have the occasional verbal abuse from time to time, it's perfectly normal. But being too toxic won't help you at all. All we ask from you is decent mature behaviour, this includes not spamming binds or making stupid jokes all the time.
We do not recruit for skill, we recruit on personality, experience and behaviour. Just make sure you are yourself when applying and give us as much info about yourself so we can get a picture of who you are and what you do in your daily life.
If you think you are ready to apply, go ahead and fill in an application form and see what happens. Be aware that it might take a day for your application to be visible, and don't expect an answer within 24 hours. We usually discuss the final judgement on the weekend a week after you have applied.
