Call of Duty 4 Rule Violation Punishments:
The ranks Serveradmin and Admin do NOT need to follow these guidelines as their judgement can be considered final. They will give punishment where they think is needed. On most occasions, we will handle a three-strikes system, meaning if you get caught doing your deed for the third time, you could receive a permanent ban.
- 1. Hacking/Cheating:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of hacking. Anyone caught with hacks will be permanently banned.
- 2. Modified Game Textures/Skins:
The use of modified game textures e.g. walls, grass, floors, skies, weapon skins, player models etc. Is not allowed. If you do not remove your edited files from your game directory after being told to do so by one of our staff members you risk being banned.
1st Offence: Warn
2nd Offence: Kick
3rd Offence: 1 Day ban
4th Offence: 3 Day ban
5th Offence: 7 Day ban
- 3 Scripts & Fast(er) Shooting binds:
We do not allow any type of script. Or any bind that makes the player able to shoot faster than our server intends you to.
1st Offence: Kick
2nd Offence: 1 Week ban
3rd Offence: 2-3 Weeks ban
- 4. 333FPS:
Having more than 250 fps causes certain things to trigger in the game mechanics, giving the culprit advantages over other players. We want everyone to have an equal gaming experience. Therefor FPS above 270 will be punished.
1st Offence: 3 days ban
2nd Offence: 1 Week ban
3rd Offence: 2 Week ban
- 5. Wearing Our tag:
Normal players are not allowed to have our tag infront, or behind their names. This goes for the steam tag: |uL|.
1st Offence: Ask the person why they have the tag, if no response: Kick
2nd Offence(Also applies if they come back with the tag still on):1 Week ban
3rd Offence: Permanent ban
- 6. Excessive use of offensive language, Insults and/or Racism:
If you do not treat each other respectfully and in proper manner, you will be punished.
- 6.1 Insulting uL Staff/Members:
1st Offence: 1 day ban
2nd Offence: 1 Week ban
3rd Offence: Permanent ban
Be aware that cases of insults against our staff and members can result in severely higher punishments than the ones listed.
- 6.2 Insulting Players:
If you do not treat each other respectfully and in proper manner, you will be punished.
1st Offence: Warnings & Kick
2nd Offence. If you get caught doing this often, Or return after being kicked and
proceed to be rude and insulting towards players: 1 Day ban
3rd Offence: 1-2 Weeks ban
If you proceed to insult, you will be permanently banned.
- 7. Chatting about religion:
We do not want people talking about their religion in our server. We respect any religion you might have, but please do not discuss any religious matters in our gameservers.
1st Offence: Kick
2nd Offence: 1 Day ban
3rd Offence: 1 Week ban
Further offences will make punishments longer, eventually leading to a permanent ban.
- 8. Advertising/Recruiting for another clan or community:
We do not want you to advertise nor recruit players for your own clan on our servers.
1st Offence: Kick
2nd Offence: 1 Week ban
3rd Offence: 3 Weeks ban
Continue and risk being permanently banned.
- 9. Spamming:
Saying the same message multiple times in a short period of time is considered spamming and highly annoying for players and Members & Staff trying to do their jobs.
1st Offence: A warning in speech, e.g. "Please do not spam"
2nd Offence: Warning
3rd Offence: Kick
If you keep spamming after you have been punished, your punishment will be higher.
- 10. Camping, a LOT, like even bringing a tent:
Camping on our Servers is permitted unless being a real pain in the ass to other players. With camping, we don't mean waiting for someone when you hear them coming. This only applies if the culprit continues to stay in 1 spot for a time longer than 30 seconds. And a “spot” can mean a house, a backyard, a train. In general, just a small area. You got legs at birth, so use them.

2nd Offence: Kick
3rd Offence: 1 Day ban
- 11. Trolling:
We do not tolerate people that act like smartasses, or try to be funny all the time. Trolling of any kind is not allowed and entirely at your OWN RISK.
1st Offence: Warning
2nd Offence: Kick
3rd Offence: 1 Day ban
Trolling our Staff/Members will get you a significantly higher punishment.
- 12. Answer to admins in English:
If an admin asks you something in English, you must answer them in English. Unless the admin asking you doesnt mind having a conversation in another language. If you refuse to answer in English to our admins you will be punished.
1st Offence: Warning
2nd Offence: Kick
3rd Offence: 1 Day ban
If you refuse to speak English when asked to do so by an admin, Your punishment will be higher
